We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, the USA, and Canada. Please select the correct delivery option for your country at checkout.
Delivery cost & times
UK: standard delivery £4.25, and free on orders over £60. Typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.
USA & Canada: a flat international shipping rate applies (shown at checkout). Please allow approximately 7–14 working days for delivery.
Orders are handmade to order; you'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their own country.
Returns & refunds
Because our seasonings are food products, for hygiene and food-safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will put it right — a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Where you have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please note that sealed food products which have been opened cannot be returned once unsealed. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.

We do not see or store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card information is handled entirely by them.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Who processes your data
We use trusted services to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), and Web3Forms (contact form delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards.

Orders

A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Our products
Ingredients and allergen information are shown on each product. If you have a food allergy, please check the listed ingredients carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you are unsure.
We make our seasonings in small batches, so slight natural variation in colour or aroma between batches is normal.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
